Modellavo la creta pensando a una donna, simbolo di cambiamento ed evoluzione.
Dopo la cottura a 940 gradi, l’opera si rompeva, lasciando solo cocci informi.
Incapace di buttarli, provavo a ricomporli, donando nuova vita alla scultura.
L’oro sulle crepe trasformava il dolore in bellezza: le ferite diventavano segni del passato, ma anche prova della forza di ricominciare.

I shaped the clay thinking of a woman, a symbol of change and evolution.
After firing at 940 degrees, the piece broke, leaving only shapeless fragments.
Unable to throw them away, I tried to reassemble them, giving new life to the sculpture.
The gold on the cracks transformed pain into beauty: the wounds became marks of the past, but also proof of the strength to start again.
