In questa scultura in ceramica che ricorda la pietra, si distingue qualche tratto lucido che emerge sulla superficie opaca.
Il volto è solo accennato e le diverse aperture irregolari che ho praticato sull'argilla sono state utili per spezzare la massa e introdurre il respiro.
Il vuoto in quest'opera diventa una presenza.

In this ceramic sculpture that resembles stone, a few glossy areas emerge from the matte surface.
The face is only suggested, and the various irregular openings I carved into the clay were useful to break up the mass and introduce breath.
In this work, emptiness becomes a presence.
